Growing Gahanna Area Company is seeking a Service Department Dispatcher. This position will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling of service calls and good working knowledge of the service schedule
- Dispatching service technicians
- Awareness of required skills and materials required for jobs on the service schedule
- Creating, editing, and proofing of word and excel documents as assigned
- Assist with time card calculations and data entry as assigned
- Other general office and support responsibilities as assigned
Qualified Applicants MUST have the following:
Good stable work history
Good communication skills
Experience with accounting software and data entry
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Results oriented and initiative
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
