Maintenance Technician
Position Summary Industrial Maintenance Technician supporting a food production facility in Denver, CO.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Thursday. May include occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and document equipment downtime, maintenance needs, and inventory usage.
- Perform general facility and grounds upkeep.
- Identify and resolve equipment or facility issues to reduce downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Assist with equipment setup and changeovers on production and packaging lines.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate effectively with operations, quality assurance, and sanitation teams.
- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance as required by schedules or system alerts.
- Carry out additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications / Education
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably food or beverage
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures
- Mechanical knowledge of components such as motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, and seals
- Pneumatic troubleshooting experience (solenoids, compressed air systems)
- Root cause analysis for mechanical issues
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (fuses, relays, starters, etc.)
- Ability to read and apply equipment manuals for repairs
- Proficient with multimeters and understanding of control and source voltage systems (single-phase and three-phase)
- General facility repair knowledge (e.g., plumbing, lighting, flooring)
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 15–50 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment
- Effective communication skills

Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens)
- Skills in welding, fabrication, or machining
