Job description: This person will be sitting at the customer window and will be the initial customer contact. They will also be interacting with the warehouse. This may mean walking out into the warehouse occasionally. They will also be responsible for data entry of orders and bills of lading, folding and stapling and taking their turn in the office cleaning rotation. They will also be responsible for Inventory/adjustment management (accurately utilizing the correct adjustment for inventory fixes). During our peak season (October throughout December, potentially January) it is high pace and requires a lot of multi-tasking, attention to details.
Associate will also be responsible for various cleaning duties around the office--cleaning lobby, break room, bathrooms, replacing toilet paper/paper towels etc.
This is a very busy environment, so they must be able to work at a fast pace with limited training.
Hours: M-F (rare occasional weekend), hours will vary between 7am-6pm (potentially, this is an extreme circumstance, but we will keep them at 37 hours weekly with the possibility of OT) Hours should drop back after the first of the year.
Computer proficient. Basic knowledge of MS office, Outlook and Excel.
Good communication skills (phone and interpersonal)
Ability to multitask
High School diploma or GED a must
Must want to work, be trainable and willing to take direction

National background check; no felonies, violence or theft.
Must be punctual and dependable
