What You’ll Do
- Program CNC Vertical Milling Machines using Fusion 360 and G-Code
- Perform full job setups and select appropriate tooling
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Machine high-precision parts to tight tolerances
- Operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment independently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience
- Proven ability to take a job from blueprint to finished product
- Solid understanding of materials, tolerances, and machining best practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
