Job Title: Production Associate – AM Shift (Extracts)
Location: Northern Colorado
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Schedule: AM Shift - Full time schedule
About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team for the AM shift. In this role, you will support the extraction department by ensuring all production goals are met safely and efficiently. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Processing: Work in a fast-paced environment to accurately complete various processes, including retrieving materials, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and storing products.
- Raw Material Handling: Work safely in the processing/chopping room to prepare raw materials for extraction, following all quality standards and meeting efficiency goals.
- Transfers: Safely and efficiently transfer all extract products, completed rinses, and associated documentation.
- Equipment Operation: Set up and break down production equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace by completing assigned cleaning and organization tasks, including sweeping and compressed-air cleaning throughout the facility.
- Documentation & Quality: Ensure all production documentation is completed perfectly. Follow QC (Quality Control) sampling procedures and report any deviations immediately.
- Communication: Communicate shift updates and essential information to leadership at the end of every shift.
- Team Support: Work with production teams as needed, remaining flexible to assist with whatever tasks need to be completed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Safety Focus: Ability to balance safety, quality, and productivity to achieve positive results. Must always work to continuously improve process activities. Must be able to pass an N95 mask medical assessment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Capable of performing repetitive movements (bending, stooping, twisting).
- Soft Skills: Must be a team player with a positive attitude, willing to take on assigned tasks given by leadership.
