Job Description
Call Center Maintenance Technician Continue your mechanical maintenance technician career while staying LOCAL and working a set M-F day shift in our Commerce City office!
Position Summary:You will provide customer service and troubleshooting support to our industrial clients. Responsible for resolving technical issues with industrial machinery over the phone and email. Utilizing schematics and information provided by the customer to resolve any issues or setup needs.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
Location: Office setting in Commerce City
Job Type: Full-time Direct Hire
Salary: $30-$32/HR

- Plus $70 / travel days (if travel will be limited)
- Customer Service:
- Provide mechanical instillation, repair and maintenance support
- Troubleshoot machine issues using schematics over the phone and email
- Call clients back that have left voicemails and emails
- Establish good working relationships with customers on all sites
- Forward clients to Spare Parts Department for parts orders
- Assist clients with software updates and programming machines
- Overall customer support with client satisfaction as the standard
- Inhouse Support:
- Program and parametrize spare parts to be shipped to clients upon request
- Provide inhouse support to field technicians at client job sites
- 3 years field technician experience
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment machinery
- Customer service and troubleshooting experience
- Understanding of mechanics and electronics
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints
- Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic machinery
- Experience mechanical and electrical measuring instruments
- High aptitude in computers – Windows
- Math skills ex: converting voltage
- Good attitude with a problem solving mindset
- Strong English communication skills in person, over the phone and via email
