Location: Loveland, CO
Shift: 1st Day Shift Monday – Friday Weekdays 6:30am – 3:00pm
Pay: $19-$23/HR to start Temp-to-Hire
Overview: Hands on Building, Assembly and Production Projects and Tasks

Overview: Hands on Building, Assembly and Production Projects and Tasks
Day to Day Activities:
- Build custom wood products based off of client specific needs by following blueprints, schematics, written and verbal instructions
- Follow design drawings to build a pallet and boxes
- Build wall sets using visual instructions
- Safe and effective use of hand and power tools and production equipment
- Follow production calendar and document all steps of build process
- Strong communication skills
- Clean up/maintenance of build area and tool area
- Operate forklifts in warehouse when needed
- Team player open to help with various tasks as needed
Background:
- High School Diploma and some experience building / carpentry / fabrication
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions
- Ability to read measuring tape and design drawings
- Consistent work or school history, commitment
- Knowledge of basic construction
- Carpentry building experience
- Experience using air tools and saws
- Ability to use a forklift
- Detail oriented mindset and pride in accuracy and quality completion of tasks
