We're looking for a Truck Checkout Specialist to join our overnight team in Golden, CO. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing trailers using our Vehicle Management System (VMS).Key Responsibilities:
Check trucks out using the Vehicle Management System (VMS)
Verify trailer information against VMS records for accuracy
Communicate professionally with customers and drivers during the checkout process
Maintain detailed and accurate transaction records
Resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Follow company protocols and uphold high standards of service
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar setting preferred
Familiarity with VMS or related tracking software is a strong plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Ability to work independently and within a team
Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and extended hours as needed
