Oversee that drivers complete all required daily paperwork, including:
Driver hours log (as needed)

Driver’s vehicle inspection report
Daily vehicle mileage and fuel report
Timely submission of all paperwork to the corporate office.
Dispatch Responsibilities and Experience Needed:
Assign products for material handlers to pull.
Route paperwork and products to the appropriate areas.
Ensure drivers complete customer returns within three days of creation.
Collect COD logs daily to verify cash and check collections.
Communicate effectively with CSR teams, sales staff, customers, other locations, and drivers.
Fleet Management:
Monitor state and federal DOT regulations.
Ensure regular performance of preventive maintenance (PM).
Coordinate necessary repairs to comply with federal regulations.
Assist drivers with arrangements during breakdowns.
