Familiar with general plant and building maintenance. Electrical, Plumbing, Pumps, Ovens, Drains, and Compressors.
Able to work independently and coordinate with outside vendors like HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbers, Electricians, Grounds crew, Cintas, etc.
Will be responsible for maintaining, planning, and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance and safety training program
Duties include fixing, repairing, and troubleshooting all test equipment, pumps, manufacturing equipment (oven’s, wash’s, etc,).
Ability to work well with measuring tools, schematics, hand and power tools
Be a contributor working in a team environment working close with the production and manufacturing teams.
EXPERINCE & SKILLS:
4 years or more working in a related field
Following instructions, diagrams, written and spoken maintenance instructions
Good communication when working with operators, various departments and management to identify, resolve and document all installs, orders, repairs etc
Ability to take initiative of maintenance lists and complete tasks with or without supervision
