Plant Operator – 12 Hour Shifts

Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts (specific schedule to be discussed during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take hourly operational readings and log data accurately.
- Monitor and maintain analytical equipment.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
- Supervise plant activities to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Climb ladders and use a variety of wrenches and tools as part of daily duties.
Preferred Experience (willing to train the right candidate):
- Prior experience in plant operations.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and large motor compressors.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a physically active role (climbing, lifting, equipment handling).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test upon a conditional offer of employment.
