Position Summary:
Join our team as a Phone Support Maintenance Technician and advance your mechanical maintenance career while staying local! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting support to our industrial clients, primarily through phone and email communication. Your expertise will help resolve issues related to industrial machinery, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance support.
- Troubleshoot machine issues using schematics, assisting clients over the phone and via email.
- Return calls and respond to emails from clients promptly.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Direct clients to the Spare Parts Department for parts orders.
- Assist clients with software updates and programming for their machines.
- Uphold high standards of client satisfaction through excellent support.
In-House Support:
- Program and parametrize spare parts for shipment to clients upon request.
- Offer in-house support to field technicians at client job sites.
Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of field technician experience in industrial equipment.
- Proven customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic principles.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic machinery.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical measuring instruments.
- High proficiency in computers, especially Windows.
- Basic math skills, including voltage conversion.
- Positive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in person and remotely.

- Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Required)
- Field service experience: 3 years (Required)
- Blueprint reading: 3 years (Preferred)
- Maintenance experience: 3 years (Required)
- Industrial equipment experience: 3 years (Required)
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to commute to Commerce City, CO (Required)
- Willingness to relocate to Commerce City, CO before starting work (Required)
- Preferred willingness to travel (approximately 25%)
