Inside Sales Representative Location: Brighton, CO Type: Temp to Hire, full time, day shift role Preferred Experience: Prior involvement in the hose industry is strongly favored. Starting Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses. Position Overview: This role focuses on driving sales and marketing efforts for our products and services, targeting both current and prospective clients. The goal is to boost customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets. Key Duties:
Craft and execute business plans aimed at increasing customer base, boosting store visits, and maximizing profits.
Build and sustain relationships with clients, mainly within the oilfield sector at rig sites and regional offices.
Lead and inspire sales staff by providing training, motivation, guidance, and performance feedback.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction levels remain high.
Engage with potential clients through both provided and self-generated leads.
Manage store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Promote, sell, and provide service for the Hose product portfolio.
Maintain store appearance and merchandising to high standards.
Suggest creative strategies to expand market presence.
Address any issues raised by team members or customers promptly.
Support sales activities directly in the field as needed.
Regularly meet with customers to understand their changing requirements and evaluate the strength of business relationships.
Initiate and roll out new sales campaigns.
Provide regular sales performance reports to management.
Maintain professionalism in all workplace interactions.
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of sales and management principles and best practices.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete diverse tasks efficiently.
Skilled in evaluating client needs and tailoring sales proposals accordingly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Windows, and typing at a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
Empathetic and patient in customer interactions.
Detail-oriented with a strong capacity to retain product information.
Willingness to work extra hours as necessary to fulfill daily order demands.
Energetic, friendly, and positive demeanor.
Organized, dependable, and cooperative team player.
Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Some college coursework preferred but not mandatory.
Previous sales experience in the hose or industrial hose industry is highly advantageous.
