You’ll perform a variety of welding and fabrication tasks, helping to build high-quality products in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks as part of the production process
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Read and follow basic blueprints, measurements, or work instructions
- Inspect welded parts for quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Prior MIG welding experience required (no certification necessary)
- Ability to work with various metal materials and fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
