If this sounds like you—read on.We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Machinist III to join our high-performing manufacturing team. In this senior-level role, you’ll take the lead on programming, setting up, and operating CNC and manual machinery to produce high-precision components. You’ll also mentor junior machinists and play a key role in improving processes and driving quality from start to finish.What You’ll Do:
Set up and run CNC and manual machines independently—including mills, lathes, and grinders
Interpret complex blueprints, part specs, and engineering schematics to ensure precision machining
Use calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision tools to verify product quality
Troubleshoot machining issues and contribute to advanced problem-solving
Recommend and implement improvements in tooling, programming, and processes
Train and mentor less experienced machinists
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and production teams on new product launches and continuous improvement projects
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What You Bring:
5+ years of machining or precision manufacturing experience
Advanced skills in CNC and manual machining operations
Strong knowledge of GD&T, cutting tools, and machining theory
Proficient in using inspection and measurement tools
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues
Leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment
Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional technical or vocational training is a plus
Work Schedule:
Full-time, onsite
Monday through Friday
