Now Hiring: Machine Operator – Molding Hands-on manufacturing role with real impact and room to grow.We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate molding equipment to produce high-quality products that meet our efficiency and safety standards. Operate molding machines to produce parts using various techniques (e.g., oven controls, open flame, hand/power tools, pallet jack, overhead crane)
Prepare setup sheets and tools before starting production jobs
Stage and move finished products to proper locations
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain and clean equipment as needed
Review production priorities and meet scheduled targets
Attend required training and shift meetings
Follow all safety and ISO-related procedures
What You Bring:
1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to operate and maintain industrial equipment
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Basic English reading and writing skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Physical & Work Requirements:
Work in a hot, humid manufacturing environment with ovens, torches, rotating tools, and forklifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and move heavier parts with assistance
Must be able to stand for long periods and maneuver around equipment
Use of hands for tools and clear, legible writing required
