Job DescriptionTITLE: Operator STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: Longmont, Colorado PAY RATE: $23.20/hourPOSITION SUMMARYThe role is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of specialized products. This includes handling raw materials through preparation, processing, and finished goods packaging—all while conforming to established safety and quality practices.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload component fixtures for product preparation, processing, and shipment.
Perform receiving inspections of raw materials and final inspections before customer shipment.
Operate cleaning, coating, and surface preparation equipment as required.
OTHER
Promote a culture of safety and commitment to meeting customer quality expectations.
Participate in scheduled inventory cycle counts of raw material and finished goods; assist in investigations of discrepancies.
Follow work instructions for equipment operation and assist in identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
Manage material flow between raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Efficient, on-time production of products.
Work performed safely and in compliance with quality standards.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel & Word).
Experience with industrial equipment or coating/finishing processes a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time management, prioritization, and sense of urgency.
Self-disciplined and able to initiate work with little to no prompting.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and walk throughout the day.
Ability to operate machinery and power tools.
