This position supports supply chain operations by monitoring material flow, conducting inventory audits, and preparing materials for shipment or production as needed.Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
Record and report discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to maximize space and ensure safety.

Measure, weigh and inspect incoming products and parts
Material Handling:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and proper documentation.
Prepare materials for shipment or production by picking, sorting, and packaging according to production requirements.
Move materials within the warehouse or production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling.
Ensure materials are stored and handled according to company safety and quality standards.
Order Fulfillment:
Assist in the preparation and assembly of materials for customer orders or internal production needs.
Maintain accurate records of material movements and stock levels in inventory management systems.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Adhere to OSHA and other regulatory standards for handling materials, including hazardous materials if applicable.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with production teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding material needs, inventory levels, and discrepancies.
Reporting:
Generate and review reports on inventory levels, material usage, and order status for management review.
Assist in the preparation of inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies identified during audits.
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in inventory management or material handling is a plus.
Proven experience in inventory management or material handling, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Microsoft Business Central System experience is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (if applicable).
Basic knowledge of safety standards and ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment.
Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
