Oversee and coordinate shift activities to maintain efficiency and safety.

Perform inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts.
Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as equipment changeovers.
Train and onboard new operators, while promoting a strong safety culture.
Track production output, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and conduct safety and quality audits.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Forklift experience required.
Prior experience in a lean manufacturing environment a plus.
Comfortable with basic hand tools and simple equipment maintenance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and operate machinery throughout the shift.
