Outdoor Industrial Electrician
Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Electrician (12 hour shifts)Looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician that works well with others but is also efficient and driven when working on solo projects. Beautiful scenery, no big city traffic, just a good career opportunity with a stable growing manufacturing company. Location: Boulder, CO Shift: 7AM-7PM Dayshift OR 7PM-7AM Nightshift Compensation:
- $38-$42/HR
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
- Bonuses based on performance (target 5%)
- Ensuring proper operation of production equipment by performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of industrial equipment.
- Working as a team member or alone to complete projects.
- Observing safety procedures and meeting electrical codes.
- Making decisions based on technical documents.
- Performing quality testing and inspections.
- Ability to test/troubleshoot electrical components such as motors or pumps and replace or repair as needed 480V AC 3 phase motors and controls
- Running wire / conduit
- Change out switches
- Ability to follow diagrams, sketches, prints, and equipment manuals
- Ability to use hand tools, multi-meter, power tools, levels, etc.
- Good communication skills with machine operators to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and climb ladders
- 4 years experience working in industrial manufacturing environment
- Hands on maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude with interest in learning new things
- Experience working on conveyors!
