As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our food manufacturing warehouse. You will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling products, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment, all while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Assemble, package, and label food products according to company and industry standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and finished goods.
- Accurately complete production and inventory documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality concerns promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
