Quality Technician
Job Description
We are currently looking for a second shift Quality Technician to join our team.This position will have a schedule of 11am-7”30pm Monday-Friday. With an hourly pay rate of $23/hr.Their duties will involve-
- Assist operator with the pouch machine
- Correctly set up and run machine to expedite quality and run speed
- Maintain production standard of quality and effective run rate
- Maintain quality control check sheet, and production and waste reports
- Continually check the quality of the pouches during the production run
- Inform pouch operator of any defective material, maintenance issues and safety issues
- Clean and maintain equipment for the next production run
- Package finished product at one of several workstations as assigned
- Quality control checks and data entry
