RECEPTIONIST - Part Time
SUMMARY
The receptionist will support the efforts of branch personnel by coordinating both external and internal communication, organizing daily office processes, and assisting with special projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates inbound and outbound phone traffic..
- Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data entry of incoming invoices
- Mail out samples to customers upon request
- Stock 2 breakrooms with paper goods and coffee supplies

- High School diploma.
- Basic math skills.
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
- Basic computer skills.

- The position is located in a climate controlled office environment. The position may occasionally require working for short periods of time in a non-climate controlled plant environment with concrete floors, high sound levels from plant equipment, and forklift traffic.
- This position requires that the employee be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Equipment operated: Computer, 10-key adding machine, general office equipment (phone, fax, copy machine).
