Job Description
SEASONAL RECRUITER Pay DOE | 8 hr shift | 1st shift
We are looking for a seasonal full-time onsite role in Columbus, OH for a Staffing Specialist. Peak season is coming up, and we’d like to bring a recruiter in to assist during the busy season. Depending on performance and fit, the possibility of an offer to extend your contract role to full time will be discussed at the completion of your contract.
This role will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates into open positions. They will also work with Recruiting VP and colleagues to understand our clients hiring needs and fill those positions with qualified candidates. The Staffing Specialist will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Bilingual is a huge plus (Spanish).

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
