Shipping Associate – Part-time
Location: Longmont, CO
Compensation: $23/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team for the busy holiday season. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped on time. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and teamwork may be considered for a permanent position after the assignment period.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and packaging materials.
- Load and unload shipments using manual and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Support inventory organization and cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues.
Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted on a regular basis.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for order processing or inventory look-up (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
