Job Description
Traffic Control Supervisor Needed ASAP! Apply NOW!
Seeking an experienced Traffic Control Supervisor that is looking for a new career opportunity to join a well established leader in the APPLY TODAY!
Location: Varies within Denver Metro Area, CO
Shift: Varies open to days, nights and weekends
Hours: 40 hours per week, on various job sites, overtime available
Type: Full time, Direct Hire
Pay: $23-$33/HR, Great benefits, 401k, PTO etc
Day to Day Activities:
- Oversee and supervise operations related to road and highway construction projects
- Worksites: city and county roads, highways and various construction zones with heavy equiptment, cars, and people
- Follow all safety rules and regulations of the Company and particularly the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Supervise/assist TCT/laborer/driver in traffic control responsibilities
- Coordinate TCT assignment with dispatch
- Maintain delivery/pickup tickets
- Keep company vehicles clean and alter management if there are problems with vehicles
- Flexible to work various schedules mid and night shifts
- Complete all work in a safe manner wearing all PPE – ex: hard hats, steel toes, gloves, glasses etc.
Background:
- TCS Certification, CCA or ATSSA required or must be able to get
- Supervisor experience
- Read maps and familiarity with local streets
- Detail oriented, good teammate and leader
- Communication skills- must be able to work efficiently, safely and effectively leading others
- Reliable, hard working and career commitment are all valued here
- Able to work in a physically demanding role that is primarily outdoors
- Clean motor vehicle record and valid license
