Now Hiring: Trailer Inspection Coordinator Location: Golden, CO Schedule: Full-time, flexibility required (may include evenings/weekends) 7am-3pm Pay: $18/hourAre you detail-oriented and reliable with a background in logistics, transportation, or security? We’re looking for a Trailer Inspection / Transportation Center Coordinator to monitor inbound and outbound vehicle traffic and ensure security and compliance at our busy distribution facility in Golden, CO.What You’ll Do:
Monitor all commercial vehicle traffic to and from the facility to ensure security and safety
Maintain accurate logs of all arrivals and departures using the Welcome Center attendant log
Conduct seal inspections on incoming and outgoing trailers to ensure procedural compliance
Communicate with management about any issues, discrepancies, or unusual activity
Greet and assist drivers and visitors professionally and courteously
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for trailer check-in/check-out
Support facility operations by performing additional duties as assigned
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus
Experience in transportation, security, warehouse, or customer service environments preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure
Great attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping
Basic computer/data entry skills
Able to handle sensitive or urgent issues with discretion and tact
Physical & Work Requirements:
Able to stand or sit for extended periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Work is performed in a guard tower and yard setting
