You will operate independently, reporting directly to the Service Manager, primarily working Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts. Job Type:
- Full-time, Direct Hire
- $32/hour
- $70 per travel day
- All travel expenses covered (flights, food, accommodations)
- Health, Medical and Dental insurance, lots of paid time off, 401K and additional benefits!
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 weeks out of the month traveling and 1 week in CO
- Perform mechanical installation, repair, and maintenance services on machinery at customer sites.
- Provide maintenance and operational training to customer representatives.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose machinery malfunctions, including mechanical, electronic, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct service interventions at customer sites, ensuring efficient and effective problem resolution.
- Complete service reporting and documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines consistently.
- Keep all company equipment secure at all times.
- Relevant electrical and mechanical experience is required.
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic mathematical conversions (e.g., voltage).
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in root cause analysis of machinery issues.
- Attention to detail in reporting and documenting activities, including expense reports using basic Excel.
- Previous experience in technical service interventions for industrial machinery.
- Technical diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, electrical, and pneumatic principles.
- Proficient in using mechanical and electrical measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
- Excellent command of the English language.
