Now Hiring: Kitter (Temp-to-Hire) Help assemble products that support life-changing drug research.Our client, a trusted distributor in the drug research industry, is currently seeking a Kitter to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This hands-on role involves assembling specialized kits, assisting with basic lab upkeep, and preparing materials for shipment. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a structured environment, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing:
Punch holes in foam inserts and package components into custom research kits
Seal and store raw materials in air-tight containers to ensure proper preservation
Print and apply shipping labels accurately
Prepare finished products for shipment to customers
Clean and maintain laboratory glassware regularly
Stock laboratory supplies and consumables
Perform additional general housekeeping and production support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2+ years of experience in a detail-focused role (manufacturing or assembly experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to process improvement
Comfortable working in a production or lab-like setting
