Production Technician We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Technician to support the manufacturing of sorbents and catalysts. This role involves operating various equipment—including mixers, extruders, presses, tanks, and furnaces—to produce materials at scales ranging from small batches to bulk tonnage. The position requires accurate documentation of procedures and observations to support reproducibility and process development.The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large volumes of raw materials and chemicals, capable of managing multiple production schedules simultaneously, and adaptable to the introduction of new processes or materials.Key Responsibilities:
Operate, inspect, and maintain production equipment
Troubleshoot process and product issues as they arise
Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols
Collaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and other team members
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Accurately document production activities, inventories, and process data

Ability to safely work with hazardous substances (e.g., compressed gases, cryogenic liquids, acids, bases, solvents, oxidizers)
Willingness to wear PPE including dust masks or respirators (must be clean-shaven for proper fit)
Understanding of production flow and packaging practices
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy
