Shipping Clerk Representative? Location: Longmont, COAbout the Role: We’re seeking a Shipping ClerkRepresentative to join our team in Longmont, CO. This role is focused on providing courteous and professional assistance to customers picking up will call orders, including order retrieval from the manufacturing floor. You’ll also support the Shipping Supervisor with a variety of daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.Overtime and weekend work may occasionally be required.What You’ll Do:
Assist will call customers by accurately locating orders, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth pickup process
Pick and file will call orders pending pickup
Communicate with Customer Service on order issues that need resolution
Assist with truck delivery and contract carrier order sorting, organizing, and routing
Support Customer Service with order changes and proof-of-delivery (POD) inquiries
Maintain accurate records and produce reports as requested
Assist other departments when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping, distribution, or order fulfillment (will call/order picking strongly preferred)
Strong customer service skills
Forklift Experience
Accurate data entry and proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
