Shift: Direct Hire, Full Time, M-F and some weekends as needed
Salary: $55K-$65K

- Continuous improvement goals for the ranch with safety and production as the top priorities
- Leadership and Management
- Manger a team of 5 Ranch Hands- hands on leading by example
- Cattle Management
- Feed Schedules, Calving, Vaccinations, medical treatments, branding and all property maintenance
- Property Maintenance
- Oversee property and interact with vendors when needed for upkeep
- 5 years of experience as a Cattle Ranch Manager
- Strong knowledge of raising cattle
- Leadership, management, organization, multitasking, communication skills
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
