This is a great opportunityâand possible long-term careerâfor someone looking to grow in the field of plant operations.</span></div><div><span><strong>Schedule:</strong></span></div><ul type="disc"><li><span>12-hour shifts (specific schedule to be discussed during interview)</span></li></ul><div><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></div><ul type="disc"><li><span>Take hourly operational readings and log data accurately.</span></li><li><span>Monitor and maintain analytical equipment.</span></li><li><span>Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.</span></li><li><span>Supervise plant activities to ensure safe and efficient operation.</span></li><li><span>Climb ladders and use a variety of wrenches and tools as part of daily duties.</span></li></ul><div><span><strong>Preferred Experience (willing to train the right candidate):</strong></span></div><ul type="disc"><li><span>Prior experience in plant operations.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with PLC systems and large motor compressors.</span></li></ul><div><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></div><ul type="disc"><li><span>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</span></li><li><span>Willingness to work in a physically active role (climbing, lifting, equipment handling).</span></li><li><span>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</span></li><li><span>Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test upon a conditional offer of employment.</span></li></ul><div><span>&nbsp;</span></div>]]></description>
